Constellation Brands New Zealand and Australia (NZA) is where bold ambition and everyday know-how come together.
Our team is hands-on, bringing together local experience and fresh thinking. Whether it’s brainstorming in Auckland or Sydney, working the vineyards in Marlborough or rolling up our sleeves in Hawke’s Bay or Central Otago at harvest time, we’re always open to new ideas and ways to do things better.
From classic favourites to something a little different, our wines are shaped by the land and the people who make them. We take pride in what we do, value everyone’s input, and believe great results come from working together and sharing the journey.

With over 70 years of combined experience at Constellation Brands, the NZA leadership team brings deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for what they do. Working across our four regions and two countries, they foster a collaborative culture that connects people and drives success for our customers and partners.

Our operational hubs in Hawke’s Bay, Marlborough, and Central Otago focus on viticulture and production, while our Auckland office brings together talented people in marketing, finance, People & Culture, and other professional roles who support and grow our business.
Harvest Workers
Join us for harvest season and enjoy hands-on work with plenty of good times, and the opportunity to meet people from everywhere. Many of our team are young travellers, so you’ll be part of a lively, welcoming crew. We recruit annually from September for our New Zealand harvest, which runs from February. Harvest season is perfect for an unforgettable adventure and lasting memories.
Start your Career
Ready to kick-start your career in wine? Our Cadetship Programme gives you hands-on experience across winery and vineyard operations over 12 months. You’ll spend six months in one of our Marlborough or Hawke’s Bay wineries, then head out to the vineyards for the next stage. Along the way, you’ll learn from dedicated team members and build solid, practical skills for the future.
